Hi folks, just had another look at your site after months-some fab pics in there.Finally have the chance to unwind after 7 weeks of visitors, although it was brill to see everyone. Really have to give the liver a chance to getback to normal, whatever that is!Fibfest was soooo chilled but too hot (as D will testify to-poor soul really was suffering).Would certainly go back but not too sure about the 3 days-it took about a week to recover. Have found out that there are some other music festivals nearby (in Catalunya)so I'm gonna suss them out for next year.

Bloody hell peeps it hasnie half been a while since I last posted a message or anyone else for that matter, maybe this thing just aint workin right. So last I heard youd done Japan and China and then were heading off to more foreign shores. A wee update would be good, maybe your too far from technology or just havin too much fun! Talkin o fun, only 8 sleeps to holiday....yeah,yeah....celebrate. Sorry have a tendancy to break out in songs and smiles at the thought!!!!Cannae wait, a massive T for 3 days and no one cares about jackshit cos you dont know what the locals are goin on about, bring it on!D has some T pics to send on to you but cant post them on here so will e mail to you. Busy, busy at work and as usual at home, nowt new there then. Its a little quieter without the wee lass demanding breakfast but shes off chasing the butterflies in pastures new. G'day mates! (...I have to live up to the stereotype). Finally made my way to your travel journal and love it! Its great to read about (and see) your Indian trip. Ahhh the memories. Hello folks, no more NZ, too cold for the tropical suntans eh, god help you both when you get back here.Been busy with Niks stuff, the launch party is on Fri an Im sooooo lookin forward to it, also catchin up with M and Stephen, oooooh!!!! Greetings you two! Sorry I haven't been in touch as yet - I was going to put that down to being really busy at work - but then again I am not going to try and kid anybody on here! I heard that Andy - yip still here mate, they haven't found me out yet, and it's been over 4 and a half years - and still picking up a wage!
Anyway - it's good to see you doing well and your pictures look fantastic - so jealous... A week in Tenerife in April there just doesn't have a look in. By the way - how cool is that camper van? Alright it obviously isn't technically the best(come to think of it that reminds me of a dodgy defence I know!!!) - but it certainly looks the business!
Got to shoot now - trying to think of some new excuses for missing another set of deadlines... no easy...

Hello peeps, thought Id check in as its been a while. thanks for the pressies, good to see you are sponsoring the local economy. keeping busy on the work front as the bowls season has started and getting Niks stuff together too. shattered in fact so cant wait to get a wee bit o time off. spoke to M a few times, all is good over there, she lost your address so will pass this on again. will be in Glasgow on the 10th for Niks launch party, D will be on a tight leash that night as the lap dancers from the Truffle Club will be there in Niks go go knickers!!!Still waiting for our T tickets but Im sure theyll be here soon, woo hoo.Itll be strange without you!Travellin in style, taxi, Ģ10 each a day so no too bad and all is ready for the Spain trip, cant wait to see S,R&J, missed by all. enough o this maudlin,happy trails, see you both soon. hi there that e mail u told me 2 read that u sent 2 donna she cant get on2 it so ull need 2 tell me what it said. Anyway im just bk from McNamaras testimonial it was amazin Lubo came bk so did Larrson and it was Lamberts last game and Martin O'Neils last game 2. What a game!!!!!!!!! Anyway Daniel started walking yestarday and Brians grans taking him 2 get new shoes at clarks next week. Brians driving lessons r going good and his dad bought him a car a wee white punto hes got the key on his key ring already.(i can't get a shot though)can u believe it! Anyway what do u think about u paying half so that i can cum over with donna. btw donna thinks its September shes cumin over not August coz then she has 2 miss 2 weeks of the start of school unless its early enough. Marc was at a golf comp yestarday which got called off so he got steamin and fell down all the stairs and his ribs r all bruised, when we were in the car goin 2 the game 2day Marie kept goin over big bumps in the road and he was goin mental. Im sure u can imagin it. It's the first step that appears to be the problem with phoning the UK. Not as easy as walking down to the nearest phone box in the middle of the jungle.......... Will phone soon though as we are in Kuala Lumpur in a few days.
Good to hear from Debs and a few messages in a row too! Glad to hear that Danny is on the mend and hopefully the bill from your baby sitters wont be too steep?? As step in pappa's it should be free as done out of love.. Must be nice to be able to buy a caravan also. Wish I could afford one too!
How is college going Debs? I'm sure you will be coping well although they need to teach you how to work out hotmail on the PC, easiest thing out to make up a hotmail address.. Maybe they need to add that into the fitness course? tee hee! I mean even Donna can set one up, tee hee again. Might be a while before Marc figures it out though?? Tee hee again again... Hows the party plans going? Where is it in Irvine? WHY is it in Irvine? Is your nana and papa going? Is StEWart going?

Soz about that last message i dont know what happened there. Anyway im gutted i missed ur call and i would have told u about daniel myself but kinda had a lot 2 do ok. He had sickness and diareah (i know thats not how u spell it) then was dehidrated then had a viral infection then burst his ear drum.So it was all fun and games here.The first night we were at Yorkhill for 5 hours then the next morning was back again for another 3 hours(great fun). Anyway never got 2 c the game on sunday but listend 2 it on the radio.What a goal by Bellamy hes the next Larrson im tellin u. Brian had his first driving lesson 2day he was c**ping himself he'll not admit it though. Me and Brian r gettin on a lot better nowadays anyway. Mum, Sarah,Simon and Billy have all bought a caravan 2gether and were all supposed 2 b going camping this wkd cany wait and im gony ask marc and marie 2 babysit for the wkd they dont know it yet ha ha. hope they dont read this b4 i ask them eh.lol. Anyway Daniels a lot better 2day he lost his apatite but hes hungery 2day, he lost a lot of weight so hopfully he puts it all bk on again.
Well im gony go and we'll need 2 sort out that water fight thing uz were talking about when u get bk maby surprise u when u get off the plane lol.
Well hope uz r still havin fun and were all missing u

Hello to Everyone again. Cant really believe it but we've finsished our tour of Thailand - Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Bangkok (again), Hua Hin, Koh Phangang, Koh Samui, Krabi, Rai Lay Beach and now into Malaysia at Penang (at the moment). Lots of things done, lots of miles (7000 approx), lots of drink and good fun along the way. Not too sure about he Thai people though as if they didnt get your money then they didn't want to know and can be quite incredibly rude into the bargain but the people in the last few places were definately much better, as they were in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai! 1st day in Krabi was during the new year in Thailand where there is a mass waterfight over the whole country. We basically drove around the town in the back of a pick up truck along with the Thai hotel owners and their children and threw water over absolutely anyone we saw with buckets and water pistols from the biggest water drum I've vever seen in the back of the truck with us. Refilled it about 5 times and had the best laugh we've had in ages.... Definately need to start this in Scotland (with warm water though and raincoats etc...) Found the best place so far in Thailand in terms of the beach on the last 3 days and then had to move on because of the visa restrictions along with the filghts.
Great to hear from everyone we heard from on the message board, especially Shirley, (good job that was a private message), we will get back to you soon. Rosie too and good luck with the Niki situation - hope it does keep you busy. No need to thank us for the pressies Marie, it'll likely be a while before the next ones though...
Malaysia promises to be a different type of adventure from Thailand as we will not be near a beach for most/all of the time. Plenty to see and do here also though. In Penang at the moment which is very old looking but very interesting also, then going to Cameron Highlands after this and south to Kuala Lumpur before deciding on our next move - plans being very much subject to change?!?!?!? Terrible journey here on a minibus - the first one ever made quite possibly? Andy got a sore back now and will need a wee Chinese man to give him a potion to cure it so we set up in Chinatown, actually known as GeorgeTown.
So off we go at the moment to take more photos etc and get up to some nonsense hopefully also.

hi no free txts left so i thought id kick donna off the computer. just getting the big party organised, should b a pure scream. All my side,brians side and all my pals r all cumin, ul b missing some party.Wish u could b there. Anyway dannys cumin on hes now sayin ta ta with a upside down wave, hes said doggy 3 times and somtimes says hiya. Hes just about walking shouldnt b long.Pure monster. Just seen the photo's and think they are great. Gillian I have never seen you so relaxed or happy. Keep it up. Watch out for that very humid heat though, that's what can make you feel ill. I'm just thinking of scouring about to see what's available for this year's biggy. My magazine came in this morning and I see there's a new place in the Phillipines that looks nice and with all mod. cons. but again it's a long way to travel. Maybe with a few decent breaks it would be good.I applied to join your mailing list but haven't had a reply yet.Sandra said you sent me an Email in January. Ithink I might have deleted it as that's what I do if I do not recognise the sender.

Ah well I know it couldn't last. Pity to hear about Marc although I'm sure it will suit him lying on the couch for a bit as he spends most of his time doing that anyway.
We are off north to Chaing Mai tomorrow and have booked onto a jungle safari where we go white water rafting , stay with a hilltribe and get a lift back from some passing elephants. Only down side is that we have been warned it will be really cold, only about 20 degrees at this time of year, never mind we will see if we can cope. Got to Bangkok safe and sound and met some Scottish on the first night so we had to carry out our duty and get out on the town for the first night but maybe the last time due to old age and hot, hot weather to cure the hangover - not the best.
Best part of the trip so far was that we thought we had a 36 hour train trip to Delhi from Aurangabad and it only turned out to be 24 hours so that was just a breeze - er well maybe???
Went to a floating market today (like the one you see on the TV advert) and it was grand. Held a fully grown python over my neck and persuaded Gillian to hold it too, couldn't believe how heavy it was... Heading north before we go south to really hot weather. Maybe about 40 degrees at this time of year so factor 150 will be the order of the day I think.
Good luck to Marie with her exams and well done on passing her first ones too.. Wlso good luck to Donna with her final exam - I'm sure she will do brilliantly well as usual - obviously because she gets her brains from me (which might explain why mine is missing???)
